This feeling inside….

I learned a lot about myself these past few days. I think I figured out what I’ve been missing :)
A friends roommate put it into perspective for me: you’re either a dog person or a cat person when it comes to relationships. A dog person is extremely loyal and always wants attention and reassurance. While a cat person can be pretty finicky except to that one special person, and needs more space and only wants love at certain times.

And I realized, I’m a cat person. I used to think I want attention like that all the time from friends, family, and a significant other, but I slowly realized, I only want it when, well, when I want it, which can change drastically.
Also the fact that when faced with sickness and fighting I tend to act out then run away and hide from the world, just like cats do. Kinda interesting insight, and I feel so much better about myself :)
Also explains why I haven’t really gotten along with dog people when it comes to relationships as well…

So I got this gorgeous guys number from Rubys the other day, and waited till that night to text him hey this is me, and that’s that. No text back or anything so far. Idk if he’s waiting the 3 day rule or what but this is beyond nerve wracking and the first time I’ve ever done anything like this xl

Is it weird that I would rather party in New York, Boston, or even in my backyard of LA then go to Vegas? I mean yea I’ll end up going but mostly for the shooting ranges….I’d rather club in New York down time square or hit the pubs in Boston. Idk maybe I’m just weird…
